Arjun Rao

Founder & CEO

Arjun, founder & CEO of ValueLabs, provides strategic direction to the company. He strongly believes that one can learn and achieve anything, when driven by ‘character strength’ and the ‘strive for perfection’.

These beliefs have been instrumental in the journey of ValueLabs since its inception. Arjun holds an MS Degree from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras.

Bhanu Kishore

Chief Mentor

Bhanu Kishore serves as the Chief Mentor at ValueLabs, where he is dedicated to nurturing talent, fostering leadership, driving innovation, and empowering individuals and teams to realize their full potential.

With over 20 years of experience, Bhanu has seen core operations evolve into highly efficient, self-sustaining functions. His strength lies in architecting organizational structures that align the right people with the right roles, cultivating a culture that reflects the company’s values, and enabling everyone to perform at their best.

In his current role, Bhanu acts as a strategic advisor and sounding board — not just to the leadership team, but to anyone in the organization who may benefit from a broader perspective or thoughtful guidance.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication and an MBA with a dual specialization in Marketing and Information Systems.

Krishna Munagala

Chief Technology Officer

Krishna is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ValueLabs. As the CTO, Krishna is responsible for shaping ValueLabs’ product-led solutions strategy, while ensuring operational excellence and best-in-class delivery powered by the unique OneCompany^® approach. Prior to taking up the CTO role, Krishna served as ValueLabs’ Chief Operating Officer and global head of Delivery.

Krishna is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of experience across ValueLabs, MasterCard, Deloitte and GE Motors/Regal Beloit Corporation. A Six Sigma Green Belt certified practitioner, he has a strong background in technology consulting and extensive expertise in the areas of Micro services, Multi-tenancy, DevSecOps and Agile.

Veda Reddy

CEO – Imagine

Veda is the Chief Executive Officer, Imagine, at ValueLabs. As the CEO, Veda lends strategic direction to Imagine, driving the company to be a one-of-a-kind category creator in the emerging tech space. Prior to taking up this role, she served as the Head of Digital Consulting at ValueLabs.

As a data scientist, Veda has spent many years building solutions and accelerators that have driven business transformation for clients across multiple industries. She has successfully implemented transformation projects for global clients in the Healthcare, Market Research, Insurance and E-commerce spaces.

Sarat Vatti

With a steadfast commitment to ValueLabs’ success, Sarat plays a crucial role in managing key client partnerships and shaping customer strategy. Standing strong with us since our founding days, he draws on his deep understanding of customer perspectives and business challenges to consistently deliver sustainable solutions. Sarat’s ability to adapt and take on diverse responsibilities reflects his expertise in redundancy management and his contributions to our organization.

Known for his exceptional leadership and talent development skills, Sarat’s strategic guidance has resulted in amplifying revenue performance and expanding the ValueLabs brand.

Shilpi Shah

With a fierce smile and 20 years of technology consulting experience, Shilpi is part of the Delivery Leadership Team and drives our key accounts in North America. She is responsible for new client acquisition and manages some of our most critical accounts especially in the Healthcare, Insurance and Telecom industries. Her expertise is further corroborated by her PMP, LOMA and Six Sigma Green Belt certifications.

Sravan Kumar Konda

Global Delivery

Sravan holds the position of SVP at ValueLabs and as a member of the delivery leadership team, he is responsible for overseeing global delivery in Canada, and managing strategic accounts. In his previous role as VP of Global Sales, Sravan’s main goal was to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. He developed and executed a sales strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, constantly improving the approach.

Sravan focuses on promoting a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability among his team members while ensuring operational excellence and successful delivery. Sravan also prioritizes empowering his team members to take ownership of their work and creating a conducive environment for their success. His areas of expertise include delivery, sales, and customer success.

Raghuveer Nakka

Chief Sales Officer

Raghuveer is the Chief Sales Officer at ValueLabs. As the CSO, Raghuveer is responsible for firm-wide sales operations, customer success, digital marketing, large deal pursuits, and key accounts growth at ValueLabs. Prior to taking up the CSO’s role, he served as the Global Head of Sales at ValueLabs.

With over 23 years of professional experience working across the US, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, Raghu has extensive expertise in driving sales performance, new geography expansion, and strategy. From enabling customer-centric growth, business planning, and execution in the US Central region to managing strategic clients, Raghu has successfully worked in multiple leadership roles at ValueLabs across the past decade and has contributed to our company’s growth.

Phani Ranga

CTO – Imagine

Phani is the Chief Technology Officer, Imagine, at ValueLabs. As the CTO, Phani defines the Imagine product roadmap and oversees the Imagine portfolio of solutions. Prior to taking up this role, Phani served as the SVP of Strategy at ValueLabs.

A tech enthusiast by nature, Phani specializes in data and analytics. With a solid background in enterprise architecture and a business-first approach to technology, his years of experience allow him to design and deliver solutions that are simple yet powerful. In his 14 years with us, Phani has successfully implemented the agile approach to our business. His strength lies in his ability to drive towards a sustainable solution to any problem.

Sandeep Reddy

US West

Sandeep heads Sales and Account Management of all clients on the West Coast of the US. He has over 20 years of experience in providing technology services to a wide range of sectors including technology, e-commerce, healthcare and media & entertainment. Over the years, he has acquired and built several high quality partnerships for the companies he worked with. Before joining ValueLabs, he was responsible for client partnerships for some of the leading companies of the world.

Raj Yennam

SVP – Consulting

With a strong technical background and proven expertise, Raj has experience in delivering end-to-end solutions across a wide range of domains including rewards and benefits, insurance, travel and mobility. He is skilled at executing multiple assignments in delivery, vendor and technical management roles and is good at managing large customers, particularly with distributed, cross-cultural, cross-functional and agile teams.

Sam Alva

Chief Evangelist

Sam is the Chief Evangelist at ValueLabs. Sam evangelizes the story of ValueLabs and promotes our brand, values and offerings. He is responsible for customer centricity and brings a view of the field back into the organization in strategy discussions, storytelling, and messaging.

In his career spanning 25 years, Sam has worked with both early-stage and mature organizations. He has been a rainmaker and pied piper in his stint of close to two decades with ValueLabs. He has built strong networks and deep relationships with client CXOs and is an ardent practitioner of the OneCompany® model.

Vivek Raju

Group CFO

Vivek is the Chief Financial Officer, Imagine, at ValueLabs. As the CFO at Imagine, Vivek is responsible for Corporate Finance, Customer Finance Solutions, Financial Planning, Business Finance, Treasury and Taxation.

With over 15 years of experience, Vivek specializes in Global Taxation and Corporate Valuations. He has extensive expertise in financial reporting, GAAP compliance and audits. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Dharmendra Velivela

Dharmi contributes to the Global Delivery initiatives at ValueLabs. Under his leadership, our QA/Testing team has expanded from a team of 2 to over 1,500! He has established test factories and TCoEs for large enterprises to help them with better execution in their delivery projects. His expertise in QA is unparalleled.

Anoop Singh

Anoop is the head of the Emerging Markets business and is steering the Banking & Financial Services CoE at ValueLabs. He has diversified experience of delivering excellence in multifunctional environments, driving client’s business transformations, strategic alliances, M & A, program and delivery management across multiple industries, business domains, technologies & geographies.

Prior to ValueLabs, he was the President and Deputy CEO of Zenith Software Ltd and has held key leadership positions at HCL Tech, 3i-infotech, and Dion Global. He is a Six Sigma certified professional and enjoys participating in industry events, global leadership forums including Nasscom ILF.

Santosh Dharmapuri

Santosh Dharmapuri is the SVP of Global Delivery at ValueLabs and manages one of the top three strategic accounts. His responsibilities include ensuring delivery excellence, promoting innovation, nurturing client relationships, and expanding ValueLabs’ services.

Santosh’s career started as a trainee software engineer at ValueLabs in 2003. He has since evolved into a Program Manager – Quality Assurance, managing several clients across geographies and contributing to various QA campaigns. His efforts have led to the successful transformation of ValueLabs’ Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering practices, earning the company a reputation as a trusted strategic partner in the industry.

Vijay Bhaskar Reddy Koppula

As Senior Vice President, Consulting at ValueLabs, Vijay plays a key role in driving innovation and growth. He leads practices and digital partners to foster technical competency and drive business growth in collaboration with different business functions. Vijay is a strong advocate for data-driven decision-making and believes in the power of leveraging technology to transform businesses, leading to faster and better outcomes.

Vijay started his journey at ValueLabs as an architect and has dabbled in numerous roles, including Digital Partner and Head of Practice, before taking on his current role as the head of the consulting division. He believes in the power of collaboration and encourages open conversations with teams, recognizing that ideas can come from any quarter. He challenges himself and his team with the ‘So What’ question to encourage meaningful propositions contributing to business growth.

Anshu Kedia

CFO

Anshu is the Chief Financial Officer at ValueLabs. As the CFO, Anshu is responsible for strategic financial planning, treasury, taxation, project health and global risk management across the organisation. Prior to taking up the CFO’s role, she served as the Global Head of Operations at ValueLabs.

Anshu has 10 years of experience in the IT industry handling business finance, contract, cash management, Management Information System and pricing of deals. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Ananth Reddy serves as the Portfolio DLT for the UK, DACH, BENELUX, ANZ, and SEA regions at ValueLabs. He drives strategic and operational excellence to achieve growth, financial performance, client satisfaction, and talent acquisition.

Ananth’s career at ValueLabs has been marked by several key achievements. He started as a seed member of the digital consulting team, where he played a crucial role in the team’s growth and owned the automation division. He then went on to become the delivery leader for Australia and New Zealand where he played an instrumental role in expanding ValueLabs’ footprint.

He is an expert in technical consulting, managing high-performance teams, CXO-level stakeholder management, pre-sales, and sales. Ananth is a results-driven leader passionate about cultivating and delivering excellence

Harsha Ramakrishna

Harsha Ramakrishna heads the Sales and Client Success functions for the US Central region at ValueLabs. He has 20+ years of experience covering business development, account management, pre-sales, and consulting. He is responsible for formulating sales and growth strategy for the region across industry verticals.

Harsha has built several high-performing teams at scale, both in the US and internationally, with expertise and an excellent track record in new client acquisition and account growth through expanding relationships with local and multinational enterprises. He is focused on building and maintaining relationships with client CXOs as a trusted advisor to help them make strategic decisions that have meaningful impact on their business objectives and IT roadmap, especially in the complex and fast-evolving technology landscape.

Harsha’s experience also includes leading large multi-year transformation deals, presenting innovative solutions and pricing models, conducting complex negotiations, and building strategic alliances and partner ecosystems.

Preethi heads the Legal Department and Client Services Group at ValueLabs. She specializes in setting up dynamic in-house legal teams which can mitigate and manage risks without impeding growth. Designing and implementing processes that increase efficiency and productivity of in-house legal teams is her forte. This is further corroborated by her experience with enterprises like Thomson Reuters and Bickel & Brewer.

Stephen Joseph manages our client relationships for the UK, Ireland, France, and the Nordics.
