Facilitating and guiding young designers in the industry’s best design practices, to kickstart and advance their careers.
The DI Apprentice program is a free, fast-paced, 4 weeks intensive hands-on learning
program that will provide experiential learning, a UX certificate and can help
students and design professionals bag a job offer in the ValueLabs Design
team.
UX jobs are the most sought-after opportunities. Since UX is a multidisciplinary
domain, people from various backgrounds are absorbed. However, when freshers apply for a job, they are often met with a roadblock due to
lack of experience and a professional portfolio.
Design Inspire (DI) Apprentice program is working towards closing this gap. We
provide training to 15 individuals on our award-winning UX processes without any
cost or fees. All one needs is a commitment to grow and learn.

The success of the DI Apprentice Program is dedicated to the UX
Group, where the instructors and facilitators led the program. However, this
wouldn't have been possible without the support of the 40+ in-house designers of
UXG. The team left no stone unturned in coordinating with all the 99+
applicants, screening and interviewing them. They proactively reached out to
various educational and professional organizations through social media and
other means of communication. The team also played a prominent role by
contributing to the educational content of the program.
We thank everyone for their constant support and enthusiasm.
